Foristell, MO, - On December 5, Mittler Brothers Machine & Tool of
Foristell, MO announced that it will acquire Tanner Racing Products,
Inc., of Auburn, Washington.
Tanner Racing Products manufactures and distributes a full line of electronic scales and motorsports products. Kelly Tanner, the founder and current owner of Tanner Racing Products, will continue on with the new company. Tanner Racing Products will be headquartered in Foristell and maintain facilities in Auburn.
Mike and Paul Mittler founded Mittler Brothers Machine & Tool in 1980. Since that time, Mittler has expanded from 4 manually operated machine tools to a precision CNC machine shop. Mittler offers job shop machining for the automotive, motor sports, medical, heavy transportation, and industrial automation industries and offers a product line of machine tools and accessories for specialty automotive and racing applications.
