Barbed Wire Bead Roll Set for Custom Fabrications

The new Gold Series: Designer Rolls will be released periodically over the next few months.  Our first offering, the Barbed Wire Bead Roll Set allows sheet metal fabrications with new, unique barbed wire design patterns.  This set is for 1-1/8” High Throat Bead Rollers, and they allow the user to make entirely new stylistic impressions in sheet metal panels while using a standardized Mittler Brothers Bead Roller.   This first roll set is allows a user to fabricate intricate patterns in thin sheet metal and/or panels.  This particular set allows you to create barbed wire style impressions in sheet metal for artwork or customization projects for vehicles, racecars, motorcycles, aircraft, or for other purposes.  Our upcoming rolls and roll sets will allow users to create other intricate and decorative patterns.

The new, Barbed Wire Bead Roll Set offers durable construction for long-term usage. This set features and includes:

• A Roll Set that fits Mittler Brothers and standard 1-1/8” High Throat Bead Rollers
• A heat-treated Top Roll
• A long-lasting Top Roll manufactured with a Titanium Nitride (TiN)coating
• A Bottom Roll fabricated using durable Derlin (plastic) with a Durometer of 90
• Versatility of use on several types of sheet metal including a maximum capacity of .050 aluminum, and up to 16 gauge aluminum, or 22 gauge mild steels
• An affordable price for businesses or individual customers
