Af"After building over 300 custom sport wheelchairs, which utilize 3/4",1" & 1-1/4" 6061-T6 tubing and requiring between 20 to 40 notches per chair with notch angles ranging from 0 to 60 degrees, we finally decided to retire our very well used hole saw style notcher and purchase an end mill style notcher.

After spending about a week doing research and comparison shopping, we decided on the 'Mittler Bros. Ultimate Notcher',with both, variable speed and adjustable height vice jaws options.

All I can say after doing a few notches with this machine is "Why didn't we buy this thing a long time ago? WOW!, what a major difference in both speed and notch quality. The unit is super quiet and smooth."...................................
