Housings are
constructed from new
TRACK 9
Standard banjos or
MB9 Banjos and new 3" x 3/16" wall tube. New
5 x 5 snouts are pressed in and trued up. They are then
precision MIG welded. Next the welds are turned down in a lathe to
match the tube so you can slide your hardware on without difficulty. The
tubes are then inserted into the banjo section and lined up with fixtures
and welded.
Each
housing is built your specs or you can order one of our more popular
60" x 30" x 30" housings from stock.

Ford Inner Axle Seal - This billet aluminum seal has three O-rings that
seal it to the axle tube and two bonded, heavy duty, neoprene inner seals
designed to compensate for any amount of axle shaft.
We
machine these snouts in house to exacting tolerances from premium steel
blanks. The inside of the snouts is tapered bigger on the housing side to
smaller on the outer end. This taper provides a lite-weight yet strong
piece. We see tubes totally ripped away or folded over from wrecks and the
snout is intact, RACE
