The Mittler Brothers Hydraulic Tubing Notchers are precision-machined units based on punch and die design. After twenty years of shop-proven performance, we believe this is the finest hydraulic notcher available anywhere. It offers small production shops and racers on limited budgets a durable and truly affordable tool.

It will notch tubing up to 1-3/4" by .120" wall. Works best for 90° notches. This hard working tool can easily notch tubing as short as three inches. The punch and die can be re-sharpened if necessary, eliminating the need to replace parts.

This unit is compact, self-contained, lightweight and portable. It can be used in a bench vise, fixed stand or stand with wheels. It is handy enough to take to your work or store out of the way.

The Mittler Brothers Hydraulic Tubing Notcher produces a perfect, ready to weld notch every time and turns out a professional piece again and again.

STANDARD DUTY

  • Notches 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 tubing in same die

  • Dies available for all tubing sizes shown below

  • Best for 90° notches

  • Can be driven by hand, air or electric hydraulic pumps

  • 10 Ton Hydraulic Cylinder Included
