   Adjustable Saddles

This new style saddle eliminates the clutter of a saddle for every size. Two saddles cover all sizes of round & square tube from 5/8” to 1-3/4” OD. The adjustable locking block allows you to securely snug the tubing to the shoe and give you consistent compound and multi plane bends. This new design also eliminates the stuck saddle syndrome. This is where the tubing has wedged the saddle and pin and makes it hard to release the tubing from the saddle after bending.

   Bend Stop for 180° Hydraulic Bender

This great new item bolts to the bottom of the spindle shaft on our 2500 180° hydraulic bender and routes your shop air through it to your air/ hydraulic pump. Once installed the adjustable stop arm comes in contact with the air “switch” and cuts the air to your pump. This allows you to make an unlimited amount of duplicate bends.
